What is wakeboarding?

Wakeboarding is a sport in which riders strap their feet to a board, and get pulled across water. 

BOAT

Boat is the original style of riding. Riders are pulled behind a boat, and use the boat's wake as a ramp to jump and do tricks. 

Cable

Cable is the most accessible way to wakeboard. Instead of a boat, riders are pulled by a cable system that hangs over the lake. Imagine a skate park floating on water! 

Winching

Winching is the newest form of wakeboarding. It's the wakeboard equivalent of street skating. Riders find waterways and natural features, then use a special winch to pull themselves.

At the festival there's flags and totems. What if there was a flag that had wakeboarding on it? In marketing terms, that's thousands of impressions wakeboarding has made. If only 1,000 of the people saw the flag, and only 1% try wakeboarding, that's still 10 more people who have strapped in who otherwise probably wouldn't.
